- Took the GTM agency from 0 to $10k MRR, managed a team of 7, worked with 9 global clients.
- Owned end-to-end GTM for Coordinated (now EigenTribe): brand positioning, setting-up the community from scratch, disbursing $30K+ in various dev & creator campaigns, shipping multiple eigen aligned mini apps
- Designed and executed a global GTM rollout across UAE, Argentina, Turkey, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and Nigeria: IRL workshops, hacker houses, and meetups reaching 2,000+ people
- Led the community to 5M+ impressions across 200+ content pieces & 100K+ podcast views across 50+ episodes covering major EigenLayer projects and KOLs
- Hosted 2 bootcamps (60+ participants, 80% devs) resulting in 10+ AVSs shipped and 20+ research pieces published

- Led GTM strategy and content for a liquid staking protocol with $1B+ TVL live across 4 blockchains.
- Owned two major product launches — Stader Ethereum ($450M+ TVL) and SD Utility Pool (1.5M+ SD delegated, 350K+ utilized) — from positioning to KOL coordination and launch execution.
- Scaled ETHx's X community from 0 to 20K in 8 months through threads, spaces, and contests; expanded to Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and Farcaster.
- Managed BD outreach pipeline and led a cross-functional team of writers and designers.

- Built the entire content strategy from scratch for a perp DEX on StarkNet — Twitter, Discord, Medium, LinkedIn — growing to 60K+ combined followers.
- Executed SEO strategy using Google tools and Ahrefs; ranked ZKX in the top 3 perp DEX pages on search.
- Wrote blogs and newsletters for a 210K+ subscriber base, covering DeFi, on-chain trading, and blockchain infrastructure.
